The Emotional Release & Subconscious Reset is designed for those ready to explore the root layers of the subconscious—where core wounds, suppressed emotions, and long-held emotional patterns reside.

Unlike a standard Tarot reading, this session is a fully held healing experience. Through Tarot-guided insight, intuitive channelling, and subconscious seeding, we gently release outdated subconscious templates and create space for new, supportive patterns to form.

Guidance intuitively channelled through spirit guides and Tarot becomes the language of the subconscious, allowing deeper shadow aspects to surface with compassion, presence, and nervous-system safety. The intention is not only awareness, but emotional processing, energetic release, and integration.

This session is spacious, intentional, and unhurried, allowing what needs to arise to do so without overwhelm.
